If you already have your wedding outfit sorted, it's really helpful to wear a similar colour and neckline to this at your preview appointment. This helps us see a more accurate picture of how your makeup will look on your wedding day, you'd be so surprised how much the colour of your top affects how your makeup looks!

Don't get me wrong...Pinterest & Instagram are great resources for makeup inspiration; but just be careful when scrolling through!
Some images can be super misleading as to what makeup really looks like in person & on the skin, those sneaky filters and edits are getting harder to spot- especially now with Ai to contend with!
After all, we're all perfect as we are right? For true-to-life inspiration images, check out my website and Instagram page to examples of previous brides. It's always nice to save images of with similar skin tone/hair colour to yourself too!

It's super exciting to try the latest skincare launch, particularly with your wedding day on the horizon. It can take a good few weeks to start to see the effects of new skincare products, so if you're trying out some new bits, stick with it! I'd suggest not making any new changes to your skincare routine within the last few days before your wedding; stick to what you know (just incase of any adverse reactions!)
If you're thinking of having any facials, waxing or aestheicts treatments done in the lead up to your wedding, be sure to speak to your specalist about the best timeline & routine for these treatments.
Fancy having a spray tan for your wedding? If it's possible, treat yourself to one before your makeup preview too; it makes such a difference to your envisaging how you'll look on your wedding day! This also goes for lash extensions, lash lifts, brow tinting etc. Please keep in mind that lash lifts are not ideal when also wanting to wear false strip or individual lashes due to difficulties with the lash placement when applying.

Yes! I have a wide range of both vegan and cruelty free products, please let me know when you enquire if you would prefer only vegan or cruelty free products to be used.

As a business, I personally do not offer bridal makeup bookings without a bridal makeup preview, which is why it's all packaged nicely for you when you book in! This is so we can removes any stress or questions about your makeup on your wedding day knowing that we're both on the same page for your makeup. We've tried your ideas, we've chatted about your vibe and preferences...you've tested the products, you've experienced how they wear and look on your skin etc, so essentially you can just sit back and get ready. You've also got to know me a little bit..and hopefully got used to the ridiculous sense of humour and the leopard print work uniform!
Firstly, thank you so much for your interest! To get booked in with me, please complete a contact form here. Alternatively if you have any questions you can email me here.
To secure your date in my diary I require a non refundable £50 booking fee and a signed booking contract, these will be sent over to you when I'm getting you booked in. Once you're all booked in, I'll also send you a welcome pack with some more (hopefully!) helpful information and some tips on how to get the most from your makeup preview. I will also be available for unlimited email support for any questions - no question is a silly question!

On average, I'd say preview appointments take around 2 hours. I like to keep it really chilled and chat through any ideas you have, try different ideas for makeup etc. During your preview appointment we will also write up a wedding morning schedule together so timings run smoothly on your wedding morning!
Absolutely..if you'd like them; you don't have to wear false lashes if you don't want to though, don't worry! I normally gravitate to using individual and cluster lashes, but I always carry a variety of strip lashes too.

It's always nice to have any inspiration pictures ready that we can look at together and get an idea of the sort of vibe you're going for with your makeup. Write down any questions you may have for me too, just so they don't get forgotten as we chat away! I need a table to set up on (& of course a chair for you to sit back and get pampered on!)
If you have any pets, it's ideal if their in arms reach of me too!
I usually allow 1 hour for the bride's makeup and 45 minutes per person for your bridal party.

I find that around 10-12 weeks prior to your wedding is the best sort of timeline. By this point you've usually sorted out your dress, colour scheme, your hair ideas are sorted etc. It also gives us enough time to have a think how we're feeling and make any adjustments if needed too!

Abso-blooming-lutely! Bridal makeup is so personal & there's no "one size fits all", it's all about what makes you feel amazing. My vibe is chic and modern bridal and I'm all for you wearing as little or as much makeup as you want. I also work in fashion and commercial industry so my bread and butter is cool & effortless makeup that photographs beautifully, so you're in safe hands I promise!
Alice was absolutely incredible doing make up for my big day for me, my mum, mother in law and two bridesmaids.
As someone who next to never wears make up generally day to day, I was quite anxious about not knowing what I wanted or how I wanted it but from the trial through to the big day Alice's support, kindness and patience was incredible and went a really long way to keeping me calm on the day and feeling reassured!
Despite a very unexpected delay in the schedule for which we were totally to blame Alice still managed to get us all ready on time.
She's absolutely fantastic and there aren't enough praises I can give her!!
